AJE accepts returns of unworn products with the original tags. We offer free return shipping within 30 days of purchase. You can choose to exchange the product or get a refund to your original payment method.
If the returned items have visible sign of wear or do not have tags attached, your return will be ineligible for a refund or exchange.
To return a purchased item, follow the steps below:
1. Email us your order number and state which items you would like to return.
2. We will email you a return label back.
3. Make sure the items you’re returning do not have any visible signs of use and have the original tags attached.
4. Place the products into shipment packaging and label it.
The packing slip in your shipment has specific instructions for returns. We will provide a printable return label with our Returns Department Address.
We will process your return within 10 days of receiving it and items will be assessed whether or not they are eligible for refund. If your return products are accepted, you will get the refund within 12-14 days of the return.
Some shipments may not come with a packing slip. If your packing slip is unavailable, please print out the Shipping Confirmation email you received after the item(s) shipped. Include that printout in the box and write your Order Number on the outside of the box. Without a packing slip or shipping confirmation printout, we cannot process the return and you will not receive your refund.
